Enterprise Research Institute

Enterprise Research Institute is an important initiative for Ningbo Company to rely on the advantages of Academician Liu Zhongmin and the science and innovation team, increase the breakthrough in high-end talent training, innovation capacity enhancement, transformation of science and innovation results, and continuously improve the independent innovation capability. The Enterprise Research Institute is dedicated to the research on optimization and upgrading of DMTO plant, energy-saving transformation, etc. Meanwhile, it carries out the research and development of new high-tech resin materials, green and low-carbon new energy materials and other fine chemical products, the pilot test and incubation of new technologies, as well as the research on the direction of the enterprise's development and strategy.

 

The enterprise research institute consists of academician science and technology innovation center, postdoctoral workstation, enterprise engineering (technology) center, new material research and development center, skill master studio, model craftsman innovation studio. There are 2 doctors, 6 masters, 2 professorial senior engineers, 13 senior engineers and 60 engineers.

Academician Science and Technology Innovation Center

Ningbo FUNDE Energy Co., Ltd. in cooperation with Academician Liu Zhongmin of the National Academy of Engineering in September 2016 was officially listed. All the staff of the department do their duty, work hard, go all out to formally open a new chapter of R & D management, industry-academia-research cooperation in Ningbo, and actively cooperate with FENDE Energy to carry out the corresponding work.In 2019, the academician expert workstation was successfully declared as a provincial academician expert workstation in Zhejiang Province.In June 2021, the workstation was formally transformed into an academician science and technology innovation center.

Zhejiang Postdoctoral Workstation

Ningbo FUNDE Energy Co., Ltd. postdoctoral workstation was built in June 2023, is the company firmly grasp the pulse of the times, the full use of policy support, enhance the competitive strength of enterprise science and technology, and help industrial upgrading and innovative development of the important initiatives. Postdoctoral workstation and Henan University of Science and Technology to carry out joint training, there are 1 station doctor, 1 mobile station tutor, 2 enterprise tutors.

 

The enterprise mentors are Wu Xiangdong, deputy general manager of Shenzhen Qianhai FUNDE Energy Investment Co., Ltd, director of Ningbo FUNDE Energy Co., Ltd, professorial senior engineer, and Maoshiping, chairman and general manager of Ningbo FUNDE Energy Co. The mentor of the mobile station is Yu Jiangong, professor of Henan University of Science and Technology and supervisor of doctoral students. Dr. Hu Qiaolei, Ph.

Analytical laboratory

Ningbo FUNDE Energy Co., Ltd. analytical laboratory was established in 2012, with a laboratory area of about 2000 square meters. The center has about 200 sets of various kinds of large and small instruments and equipments, the main instruments and equipments are Agilent Gas Chromatograph, PE Inductively Coupled Plasma Emission Spectrometer, PE Atomic Absorption Spectrometer, Oxford Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Instrument, Ion Chromatography, Total Organic Carbon Instrument, Specific Surface Area and Porosity Instrument, Laser Particle Sizing Instrument and so on.

 

At present, there are 37 employees in the analytical laboratory, with 1 deputy senior title, 5 intermediate titles, including 13 people with bachelor's degree and 22 people with college degree.

R&D Center for New Materials and Products

At the beginning of 2020, due to the impact of the new pneumonia epidemic and the shortage of specialized raw materials, Ningbo Company actively responded to the call of the state to set up a new materials and new products R & D center to carry out research and development of related materials. The establishment of the R&D center not only provides a guarantee for the stability of the special material market in extraordinary times, but also has a positive and important significance in the future development of the company itself, exploring the diversification of the company's products and the flexibility of market response.
