According to the spirit of Ningbo Municipal Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Bureau issued [2021] No. 32 “Notice on the Announcement of the Selection Results of the First Batch of Pilot Social Training and Evaluation Organizations for the Recognition of Occupational Skills Levels in Ningbo”, Ningbo FENDE Energy Co., Ltd. organizes the examination for the recognition of vocational skills for the social personnel at the fifth, fourth and third levels.

On January 6-7, 2022, the company held the first technical competition of Ningbo Fude. The purpose of the competition is to “strengthen the foundation of theory, practice the elite, smooth and effective”, to ensure that the company's production safety, high efficiency, stability and long cycle operation.
