Founded in March 2010, Ningbo FUNDE Energy Co., Ltd. is a green, energy-saving and efficient energy enterprise, and one of the largest methanol to low-carbon olefin enterprises in China. The company has built 3 sets of main production units, including 2.4 million tons/year methanol-to-olefin combined unit (including 800,000 tons/year olefin separation unit and 90,000 tons/year OCU unit), 500,000 tons/year ethylene glycol unit (including 200,000 tons/year ethylene oxide unit) and 400,000 tons/year polypropylene unit, as well as utility facilities such as boilers, air separation, storage tanks, water treatment and other utility engineering facilities.
Using clean and environmentally friendly methanol as raw material, the company is the second set in the world to adopt the core technology of methanol to olefin (DMTO), which is independent of the domestic market, and introduces the mature technologies of the U.S. LUMMUS, the Netherlands SHELL, Sinopec SE1, etc., and its main technical indexes are at the leading level in the industry; and the operation skills and performance level of the glycol plant is the first one in China and the best one in the world. The company's main products are ethylene glycol and polypropylene, and it also produces ethylene oxide, carbon tetrachloride, carbon penta, diethylene glycol and other by-products. The company covers a total area of about 830 mu, with 18 departments (units/centers), more than 700 employees, and a main business income of nearly 10 billion yuan, realizing the harmonization of economic, social and environmental benefits.

Ningbo FUNDE Energy Intelligent Manufacturing System is a strategic weapon for the company to face the future and meet the digital transformation of industrial internet. The basic construction idea is based on DCS, MES, ERP-SAP and other systems as the core system to realize the intelligent mobilization of enterprise resources, and then supplemented by the safety information platform, point inspection, environmental monitoring and other special business systems, and through the bus ESB system data transit hub and the Panmicro OA process reporting integration platform, to complete the management of all the information systems of the company's internal core data management, application, so that the data become the core assets to assist production and intelligent business decision-making goals.
